The main hall is the heart of Paavli Kultuurivabrik: here you can host concerts, club nights, conferences and dinners. The modular design lets you configure the space to match the nature of your event – stages or tables, lighting and intimacy. The hall has a large permanent bar, and you can add a second pop‑up bar if you wish. Access via two loading docks makes bringing in equipment and other necessities easy and quick. There are eight toilets for guests and a separate accessible toilet. Off the hall there is a lounge, a small room and a terrace, which can be used as extra space and to extend summer evenings.
The Yellow House is a freestanding building with a minimalist style – 65 square metres of blank canvas for your idea. The room suits parties, concerts, karaoke nights and other activities, and it can be rented on its own or as an extension of the main hall. A bar is waiting for you, and the entire setup can be arranged to your needs and wishes. The building is surrounded by a covered area where you can relax, chat and lounge. A new Martin Audio sound system delivers a powerful, clear experience every time.
Next to the main hall is a 30‑square‑metre lounge that can be used as a conversation corner or an auxiliary room for larger events. It’s ideal for a pop‑up bar, a small exhibition, a merch stall or a photo booth.
The Stone Bar is the guest’s first point of contact. The open area features a large bar and a food corner under the apple trees. Birthdays, dinners, workshops – its separation from the rest of the space provides privacy even for larger groups.
The Orchard Terrace adjoins the main hall and offers 125 square metres of open space. The terrace is bordered by a rose garden, apple trees and lush greenery, with a view of the summer stage. It’s a place to enjoy the sun, but it also hosts film evenings and yoga sessions. On the terrace you’ll find a new, colourful bar, and the entire area is accessible for wheelchairs. With a roof, removable walls and heat lamps, the terrace can be used all year round.
The summer stage is a 200‑square‑metre open‑air area that hosts workshops, concerts, daytime and evening dance parties and film screenings. You can set out beanbags or tables and chairs for the audience, or leave space for dancing. Surrounded by greenery and a terrace, the summer stage is a flexible platform for different gatherings.
The Backyard is a spacious 750‑square‑metre outdoor area that serves both as a service zone and a summer festival site. Two loading docks make it convenient to load equipment and supplies into the main hall, and in summer the area turns into a concert and festival space that can hold up to 1 200 standing guests. It’s possible to add bars, invite food trucks and create workshop or exhibition areas. The backyard allows for smooth circulation throughout the entire site.
The backstage area is a private 25‑square‑metre lounge just a few steps from the stage. Here artists and organisers can do their make‑up under a large mirror with good lighting, eat at the catering table and use the fridge. A door leads to two private toilets and a small smoking area.
The sauna is a wood‑fired steam room with an 80s vibe that seats up to 12 people. In the anteroom you can sit with friends, have a drink and listen to music. The washing area has a shower, a washing machine and clean towels. The sauna opens onto a private smoking area in the yard. The sauna facilities can be rented separately or as an add‑on to a private event.
The Private Yard is a 100‑square‑metre outdoor space included in the rental package. It is intended for artists and service staff, providing a comfortable smoking and relaxation corner during the event.
